5 star view and good snacks and drinks , also the staff are fantastic and helpful . This is one of the nicest places in the Lake District to sit outside on the terrace and see the lovely Lake and mountains ! Been visiting here for years and never tire of seeing the views.
Excellent break after walking from three shires stone as part of the Hadrianic Trail. Coffee was better than some others in the area and the Pannini was excellent. I like that the pannini was not overpriced with added stuff you don't want... Fries etc. You order a pannini you get a pannini and a small salad... Perfect.
Very cute and warm cafe... Design is fabulous. Homemade scones are very tasty.. Excellent little cafe to pop into after you get if the boat at Ambleside.
Lovely little cafe in fantastic location looking straight out onto the lake and across to the mountains. The staff here are really friendly and welcoming, I had a great bacon roll and coffee followed by an amazing ice cream dipped in chocolate!! Thanks again
I highly recommend the blueberry scone and the coffee was top notch. The staff were super friendly and attentive. We will be definitely be returning when we’re next in Waterhead,
Brilliant little spot for a small breakfast or sweet treat. This place offers both indoor and outdoor seating with a brilliant view of the lake. The food was nice and the hot food came out quite quickly. The chocolate flapjack was also a good choice for anyone wanting a sweet treat but they offered other deliciously looking items.
Amazing cakes! Nice coffee. Cherry pie as well as the apple pie are really yummy, chocolate cake is also delicious. Blueberry scone with cream also went down very well. I'm a pig so would love the portions to be bigger ;) lovely staff and great location and the cafe looks really cosy and cute! Will be back soon!
